Ghost-writing and managing content for executive team on LinkedIn and X
Proactive community engagement: commenting, reposting, and engaging within the institutional crypto and security space
Writing and producing content across three product verticals
Owning the content calendar and ensuring consistent publishing cadence across social, blog, and monthly email newsletters
Repurposing long-form content (blogs, podcasts, case studies) into social-ready assets
Using AI tools fluently for drafting, ideation, and production speed
Building and managing LinkedIn ad campaigns including audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing
Owning performance metrics and reporting on paid and organic social
Creating graphics and visual content using AI design tools (Claude, etc.) in coordination with our in-house graphic designer
Maintaining visual consistency across content formats
Pitching and leading integrated content campaigns tied to product launches, events, and GTM moments
Managing campaigns across channels: LinkedIn, X, blog, email, and paid
Background in a crypto, Web3, or B2B tech startup — you understand the space and the audience
Demonstrated experience running content and social for an institutional or enterprise B2B brand
Strong editor — you can clearly identify good content that is clear, precise, no fluff. You know how to build out AI skills and act as an editor to produce CISO-credible LinkedIn post and long-form blogs.
Fluent with AI writing and design tools; you use them to move faster, not as a crutch
Experience running LinkedIn paid campaigns — targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, performance analysis
Self-directed: you are a self-starter, you don't like micro-management and work alongside the team. You come with a point of view and execute on it
Comfortable operating across multiple products and stakeholders simultaneously
Prior experience ghost-writing for a founder or executive in a technical B2B space
Familiarity with tools like Typefully, HubSpot, Claude or similar content ops tooling
Understanding of digital asset security, custody, or institutional crypto infrastructure
